We undertake ESIA in compliance with national legislation and international financial institution standards. Our services cover the full project cycle from; baseline studies, stakeholder engagement, drafting reports, development, implementation, and monitoring of Environmental & Social Management Plans and permitting.
Gender Equality, Disability & Social Inclusion (GEDSI)

Renewable Energy

Our team members
Fatma Hassan
Fatma Hassan has a MSc in Globalisation and development policy with a specialisation on sustainability, renewable energy, climate impact investments, gender & social inclusion and technology for Sustainable Development.
She also has a BSc in Environmental Studies and Community Development from Kenyatta University. She is a registered associate Environmental Impact Assessment Expert with the National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA). She has 3 years’ experience in Impact assessment, community development, waste-to-energy and clean energy cook stove projects. She was involved in the Thika Landfill Project, using the Fukuoka Landfill Method for the Kiambu County Government & UN- Habitat sustainable waste management project and a Clean Energy Development Mechanism (CDM) project for Safi International. She has carried out various ESIA/EIA for different projects including; -Isiolo - Rhamu Highway project under KENHA, rehabilitation of Salim Road in Gatina Ward, Kawangware, proposed livestock market at Dagahaley in Wajir County, Proposed livestock market in Modogashe in Garissa County and excavation of Sitawario Water pan in Wajir County. She has worked with Nottawasaga Institute, Safi International, Centric Africa Limited, Everest Energy and Garissa County Government.
Nahla Abass
Nahla Abass has an MSc in International Business form Coventry University. She has worked in development for the last 6+ years, working on various livestock agro-pastoralist for the Horn of Africa.....
working in the capacity of operations and project officers for various projects. She has worked with different donors such as USAID, EUTF and SDC and is currently working with Inter Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD) and specifically IGAD Center for Pastoral Areas and Livestock Development (ICPALD). Nahla has a strong interest in the Horn of Africa and resilience within the region.
Elizabeth Ndindi
Elizabeth Ndindi has a BSc in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. GIS/ R.S analyst with 4 years of experience working for clients
in both the public and private sector with extensive experience in delivering technically sound Geospatial solutions in various capacities; as a GIS technician, GIS database administrator, GIS/R.S research officer, Urban Planner and Geodata visualization officer. She has offered technical expertise in various disciplines such as Water, Environment, Agriculture, Urban Planning, Power and Energy. She has worked with IGAD Climate Predictions and Applications Center (IPAC), IGAD Center for Pastoral Areas and Livestock Development (ICPALD), Food and Agriculture Organization for the United Nations (FAO), County Government of Kakamega, International Project Planning and Management Consultants. Some of these documents include Environmental Management Plan, health and safety protocols, Protocols on product (flower) hygiene post-harvest, a Human Resource Manual etc. He has undertaken Environment Impact Assessment projects for World Bank financed projects that include Kakamega Referral Hospital, 40 km Water Pipeline in Mombasa among others. He has developed and holds high integrity in support of sustainable development and environmental management and great enthusiasm to improving people’s standards of living; through application of the acquired values, skills and experience.
